TZ 170 Wireless provides 802.11g wireless data transfer within the network. This means data transfer can reach up to 54mbps without using any wires. Security in the wireless connection is made possible through WiFiSec which is also used to protect VPN connections. The device also has 5-LAN ports with auto-MDIX and firewall protocols that prevent unauthorized access.
