Cyberguard was a leading manufacturer of networking devices such as routers and other networking devices. Their routers specialize in enabling firewalls which could protect online users from possible attacks or spyware online. The company was eventually acquired by Secure Computing which was also purchased by McAfee. The Cyberguard brand is no longer used by McAfee but their firewall protocol is being used in some of McAfee’s products such as routers and gateways.
