About Cellit
Cellit was established in 1996 and immediately became well known for its software geared towards call center management.Cellit was able to develop call center solutions that allowed voice calls that could be directed to routers for faster response time. The company was eventually acquired by Davox and their merger created Concerto Software Inc. The merger is now part of Aspect which offers contact center solutions through hardware components such as routers and other essential applications.
