About Netstar
NetStar was a US-based manufacturer of networking devices for business setting. The company was established in the early 90s. The company is one of the first in the industry to implement Gigabit Ethernet in 1995. This form of router developed by NetStar was an innovation as it can implement multiple data connection. The company was eventually purchased by Ascend Communications in 1996 which was also purchased by Lucent Technologies in 1999.
