Xyplex Corporation was founded over twenty years ago by a trio known as; Peter Nesbeda, George Conant, and Bob Rosenbaum. In 1997, Xyplex Corporation witnessed a dramatic change, as it was bought by Whittaker Communications, which also added Hughes LAN System to its fold. Xyplex produces high class Routers, and other top quality communications devices. As the company continued to grow, it became the property of MRV Communications, which bought it over.
